Ingredients

2 large green bell peppers

¾ cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

17 pieces turkey pepperoni, chopped

One 8-ounce can (about 1 cup) tomato sauce with Italian seasonings

¼ cup chopped mushrooms

3 tablespoons chopped red onion

One-half no-calorie sweetener packet

1 tablespoon reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping

Salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, to taste
